“Had a friend using these on rides recently whilst I’ve been chomping on cliff bars and snickers, not knocking either of the two, but finally bit the bullet and bought the rice bars and energy gels. Highly recommend the gels for long distance running - best I’ve had - and the rice bars are fairly decent too. Easy to eat on the bike, fits well in the jersey pockets, and found it good to have one pre-run during the change over when I’m combining the two.”
