“My only criticism is that the description of the copper pipe was, for me as a novice plumber, not clear, I was expecting 3 pipes 3m long to be delivered (as the website says minimum order 3m) not the 1 pipe 3m long that was delivered. On re-reading the website I realised that the minimum order of 3m means one pipe 3m in length, as I needed 6 metres of pipe I should have ordered a quantity of 6 not 3. Because I needed the pipe ASAP, I’ve collected a second pipe from Wicks”
