“I placed an order (#SFU111812) almost three months ago on November 16th. All I've received since then is one miniature plus an exact duplicate of that miniature! The only responses I've received from Steamforged customer service are generic, automated messages. There is no customer service phone number so it's impossible to speak to a company representative. I'm not sure what to do at this point as it doesn't look like I'll ever receive the rest of my order.”
