“Summary: I am a fan of RE video game franchise, so I couldn't pass the option to try out the board game adaptation. SFG sent out hte package securely and quickly. Played 3 scenarios so far and love it very much. The player turn are super fast and atmosphere is just right as it should be. The difficulty is pretty high, still love every moment so far. Positive: - SFG should mention it in description. RE2 tiles are bright, they fixed the dark tiles issue in retail. I think it was the most negative thing everyone mentioned after kickstarter. - I dont have plastic terrain, and played the game with card tiles for doors. They work ok, everything looks clear on board. Negative: - My RE2 copy didnt have plastic rivets for ammo dials (there ewere plastic arrows instead). Looking at BBG forums this is a widespread issue. I had to use the ammo dials from my RE2 copy that I bought here as well. - Minor complaint - inlay is poor, I've read that its to transport game securely, buts it damages cards, most of components dont fit there, etc. Threw it out immidiately and all of expansions fit to base box”

“Game is great, but the box was missing the plastic rivets that hold the ammo counter dials together. Had to order them from a 3D printer on Etsy.”

“I own a lot of board games and miniatures and by far the resident evil series of board games is my absolute favourite. Im a miniature painter, love my Warhammer and never thought of painting anything else untill I stumbled across the resident evil board game miniatures. Perfectly detailed and representative of the franchise. So much nostalgia in painting them and watching them turn into the characters I remember. The game is really fun too. Already had a few game nights with the lads. Few beers and a few scenario campaign missions. Every time I end up dying as I'm protecting the others, but adds to the immersive feel and we have a full campaign planned spanning the next few months so can't wait to dive back in. Defo recommend steamforged games.”
