Dominator Traffic Cones - Orange / Red The Orange Dominator cone is a blow moulded traffic cone and part of our wide range of road legal traffic cones. The dominator cone is one of the most stringently tested traffic cones on the market, with samples from every batch being drop tested and impact tested to ensure they meet the requirements. The Dominator traffic cone is a two-part moulded cone, with a blow moulded upper and injection moulded lower. The upper cone section is made from UV stabilised LDPE, the heavy-duty base is made from 100% recycled composite. All components of the cone can be recycled at the end of their useful life, we even have spare cone sleeves available for self-reconditioning. Every cone is supplied with a Sealbrite cone sleeve. These are tested and class R1b reflective. The sleeves of the Dominator cone are attached better than on other cones, they are glued to the cone body with a consistent coating of adhesive. This extra process allows the cone to fully meet standard EN13422, which specifies the sleeve should not lift if cut from top to bottom. We can also supply the dominator cone in Blue, Yellow and Green. All of which have different purposes when deployed on the roads. The blue dominator cone is used to indicate an overhanging structure or obstacle. Green dominator cones indicate a site entrance, and yellow dominator cones indicate a no stopping zone. Three Sizes of Dominator Cone to Choose From We can supply this cone in three sizes, 500mm, 750mm and 1000mm or one metre. The same applies to all our coloured traffic cones. Which size of cone you require will depend on where you intend to deploy the cones. For more information on this, you should consult the Chapter 8 manual. Custom Embossing Available As well as supplying this cone in a variety of colours we are able to have them custom embossed to suit your companies branding. The Dominator Is Thoroughly Tested To ensure the Dominator traffic cone is fully compliant with EN13422 a cone from every production batch is tested in several ways. They are first put in a freezer bringing their temperature down to -18 degrees centigrade after which they are subjected to drop testing and impact testing.
