“The spacers are excellent quality, but the only downside was the aftermarket wheel bolts, as the supplied ones didn’t fit my wheels. I had to purchase compatible bolts from another company because they don’t manufacture them themselves, and I also had to cover the cost of returning the original bolts.”

Hi Evie, We’re disappointed to see a 2-star review and would like to clarify the situation for anyone reading. The spacers and bolts originally supplied were exactly as ordered and advertised. The bolts were not incorrect. Your particular Bola multi-drilled aftermarket wheels have smaller bolt holes and require specialist internal-drive/tuner bolts rather than the standard tapered bolts supplied with the kit. This is a requirement specific to your wheels rather than an error with the products supplied. When you contacted us, we replied promptly, explained the issue and identified the specialist bolt type your wheels required. These are not a bolt that we normally stock, but we specifically ordered them in for you and supplied them at a reduced cost to help resolve the issue as quickly and affordably as possible. In fact, we absorbed part of the cost ourselves in doing so. We also provided our pre-booked Royal Mail returns service for £4.99 to return the original bolts. This is a convenient and cost-effective return method we offer our customers. As the goods originally supplied were correct and as advertised, the return postage was the customer's responsibility. Had we supplied an incorrect product, we would of course have covered this cost. After receiving this review, we contacted you privately and specifically asked what you felt we could have done better. The only issue raised was having to pay the £4.99 return postage. We therefore genuinely struggle to see what more we could reasonably have done from a customer-service perspective. We responded promptly, diagnosed an issue specific to your aftermarket wheels, sourced a specialist product that we do not normally stock and supplied it at a reduced cost, absorbing part of that cost ourselves, to get the issue resolved for you. While we fully respect your right to leave a review, we do not feel a 2-star rating or the suggestion that incorrect bolts were supplied fairly reflects either what occurred or the level of service provided.
