“very prompt delivery, well packaged, had a good look at them and they really look good and are of a very good quality, unfortunately i have not fitted them yet (as i am just out of hospital) but they are going to be fitted very soon, am really looking forward to seeing them on the car. will let you see how they look when fitted.”

“As for thr product, i brought a set of coilovers for a fiesta, they look good. However i cant install them because i dont have a locking spanner in my kit! Ive paid the full price but got half the kit. What shall i do? Ive left an email, ive tried to call which is just an automated voice recording and thats it. Was hoping to have my coilovers on this weekend but then isnt happening. Id appreciate someones help as ive herd nothing since the arival of my shocks. Disappointed by the customer service.”

Hi Yuvraj, I'm so sorry the spanner was missing from your kit. We have been away on holiday this past week (we are a family run business), despite this we replied to your email within 48 hours and dispatched a C spanner on 30/08 via royal mail which should be with you by now. “Had a local mechanic install them and they feel really solid to drive. Not to hard, they still take some of the sting out of the potholes. The ride is nice and low. Added a before and after. Before is the night phot.”

“Great product easy to put on and looks good, the only issue (which for me isn't an issue as I have access to certain things most don't, tools and some consumables) wouldve been nice for the item to come with a replacement spring locator for the rears as they are not expensive and will save having to remove and replace later on, i now have to do exactly that as it's metal on metal due to completely rotten ones from standard... And possibly replacement/generic nuts and bolts for fronts not everyone needs them but in the case that due to some cars being old may have rusty, rung off or damaged bolts and washers etc BUT that aside I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase!!”
