“I wanted three clay stamps for a client. We opted for the Delrin material with deep engrave & acrylic handle. In all, a very well made product. Couple of things to think about when designing stamps for pottery: Make the artwork slightly larger than you need it, say 15%, to cover both normal drying & subsequent kiln firing shrinkage. Also, ensure you allow enough letter spacing, otherwise any phone numbers/web addresses may 'close up' during firing, making legibility difficult. Most of all, have fun designing your stamp!”
