Hi Dawn, I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with the stamp. You mentioned that it was not deep enough and only suitable for labels. I can see from your order that you had ordered the Curved Text & Logo Clay Stamp with Shallow engrave and not with a Deep engrave. We have not had this complaint previously for the shallow engrave stamping on clay.
