“I bought the Gluten & Dairy free chocolate sponge for my daughter's 40th birthday and was so pleased with it. I added a few 40th bits & bobs to it to make it more party like. I ordered the smaller one which was ideal for the small gathering we had. My daughter was amazed at how yummy it was lol, she said you would never know it was Gluten & Dairy free!

“We ordered a gluten and dairy free chocolate cake for a family member who is a coeliac AND lactose intolerant. We frequently find it difficult to find cakes that have a great texture and taste. The cake we ordered (which came on time too) had a great texture. The taste, due to the buttercream, was actually too sugary sweet. To combat this, we ate it with dairy free/regular custard and this made it perfect. The sponge itself was very, very good. Thanks Sponge! We may order again.”
