Having not had a gluten free cake before, I was a bit sceptical, as I’ve heard they can be dry etc. This one from Sponge Cakes was great, couldn’t tell that it was gluten and dairy free, really nice cake and it all went very quickly! Will definitely order again when needed and would recommend.”
