“Placed order 25th november, the jeans were faulty so couldn't be sent but no others were in stock... chose a different size, they too were not in stock but was told they would have a delivery that week.... days passed with no communication. After receiving an email asking to review the product, I chased once more on my order.... finally got a response, stock had been delivered but had to be booked in on computer system... a day or so passed and guess what.... the size I had ordered wasn't in stock!!! Was offered to order something else, I refused and requested a full refund. I waited over a week and no refund had hit my PayPal account, so I chased again... apparently they were having technical difficulties. Within minutes I got the email from PayPal notifying me of a refund, funny that! (19th december)I was also offered a 10% off my next order, this was no special code, as I could get that off Facebook. All in all, shoddy service, will not be using again.”
