“Booked appointment Thursday at 10:30 for full service and MOT, turned up then got told they did not have the parts for service, after I had confirmed my car make and model beforehand. Asked to turn up 2 days later, saturday(today), left the car for 10:15 for 10:30 appointment, came back 1hr and 10 mins later and car was still in same place in car park and not even moved or worked upon, so left immediately, no explanation and utter joke of a place, to be avoided at all costs. Wasted 2 mornings.”

“Sent me to location no one was there. Then promised me a partial refund to send me on an extra 1 hr drive to derby shop. Never recieved refund and now jus get ignored. Took to derby they had my far for about 2 hours and was complete they hadnt sanded the rust off jus sprayed over it they sprayed the brake pads brake disc wheel arch. Stay away from this company. Im in process of civil court proceedings. Stay clear from this scamming company.”
