“When I ordered this jacket it was out of stock. A very helpful lady rang eventually saying that it was in stock in Germany and it would take two weeks to get to me. The size was an issue and I asked for a 14 and a 16. The delivery was on time. I am now delighted with the jacket, matching striped trousers, in size 14.”
