“I had occasion to contact the company due to a mistake, on my part , of ordering the wrong size of jeans. I had a response within 24hrs and my exchange completed within a week. Very impressed. The jeans are of excellent quality and a perfect fit other than being a fraction too long. 29" does seem a little long for the petite size but never the less I am delighted with the product.”
