“Received my Sonic dental and it is doing a great job. I also received the tablets but can’t find instructions on how to use them. Are they a separate procedure or do you put them in Sonic Spa when you use it? Any help on this would be appreciated.”
“The product arrived as advertised…tablets and travel bag as well. I’t did a great job on my trays/retainers. The only hitch was it took a month to receive the product. To their credit they responded to my request for shipping info. They noted that the demand was overwhelming and they were working to satisfy it.”

“This was the worst buying experience I have ever had online. I ordered this product on 11/25. I did not receive any notification it was shipped or shipment pending. I looked online and could only see a form to submit. I submitted this form THREE times until I finally got a response on 12/5 saying due to a huge demand no orders would be shipped until the week of 12/12. I asked for a discount. No response. I asked for a discount again as this was a birthday gift and the birthday had come and gone. Finally, they said when it shipped they would upgrade my shipping but that was all. The product arrived on 12/17. It is nothing amazing according to my daughter. Polident works equally as well.”
“Used it once and already noticed a difference in the way it's cleaned vs me doing it. The only reason I'm knocking a star off is because I order 2 of the Sonic Spa Bundles yet they weren't the same. 1 didn't have the cleaning tablets, the other didn't have the cloth case. They came in totally didn't packaging which I thought was a little odd. But one of them was a Christmas gift, so I gave them everything that was supposed to come in the Bundle and had to order cleaning tablets off Amazon and mine doesn't have a cloth case which was disappointing.”
