Supply chain issues caused a huge delay for this to arrive in time for her birthday. Customer Service stepped up. They reordered and expedited the shipping without additional cost to me. She's happy with with her Sonic Go. I'm happy that customer service listened to my frustrations.”

Now I clean them in the morning after I wake up and before bed again and they look as fresh as new every day, especially paired with a cleaning tablet every couple of days (use the cleaning tablet in the sonic go basin for the recommended time, then running the cleaning cycle).”
Hi Joann - you do not need tablets to work the device. If you are referring to the Sonic Pro or Sonic Odyssey it simply requires water. Tablets are optional. Thanks
