“I had done research and decided on the Sonic Spa Pro to clean my retainers in. I did have an issue with the first pod but the customer service was amazing and responsive. They were able to help me and I’m happy with how well the pod cleans my retainers. For a deep clean I use half a tab every couple of weeks but otherwise my retainers are clear and clean with just the deep clean cycle. I use it every morning and feel better about putting in my retainers.”
“The unit is a little bigger than i anticipated. It seems to work quite well; i have used both the 3 minute and the 5 minute settings. I do find that i have to fiddle with the connector, at the unit end, every time i want to use the unit. It won't turn on until i jiggle the connection of the cord, at the unit.”
