“When my Sonic Pro arrived I tried to register for the free 12 month free warranty. The site would not take me to the required form. I contacted the help line on the weekend and they sent me the site again which still did not respond to the form. I assume help might not be available in depth on the weekend. On Monday I was contacted again giving me a fresh look at the site. When I told the help line to tell them it didn't work, it replied that it would fill out the form after I identified my appliances being cleaned. They filled out a form for me and notified I was registered. I was thankful but wished the company would repair the site. I wondered if the site didn't work in Canada but I had selected the Canada site. I recommend the site be repaired so there would be no issues. All correspondence was kind and helpful.”
