After using the product, I have to pull my retainers out and rinse them quickly. Sometimes, I feel like I still need to use my toothbrush and brush my retainers to get the film off. Overall, I think it will help keep my retainers clean, but I will still have to use my toothbrush and scrub them from time to time.”
