“I like the Apollo interface integration, I just bought it to free a step when turning on SoundID Reference, since you only have to plug in your interface for the calibration to turn on. The only thing I would like is to not have the SoundID Reference software to automatically launch on computer startup if you don’t plug in interface beforehand, but it’s just a small thing.”
“The Apollo Monitor correction Add-on without Software was perfect, it was easy to figure out what it would do, ie give me a seamless workflow when tracking through mixing and mastering, it was simple to install. Having used Sound ID for a few years it was intuitively obvious how to use the correction software. I have no idea about support as I have never needed it! The add on was basically the very big and tasty cherry on top of my studio system and couldn’t be happier. The cost is peanuts for achieving well balanced translatable mixes.”
