“It allows me to get very close to the mix to the final product using headhones. I love the new EQ features and the different sound environment tests like car, and aggregrate headphones. You can quickly run through those and determine if anything is standing out in the mix in those different environments. Upgrading on the website was very easy, which is not always the case in the audio industry. After upgrading the key and follow up email came very quickly.”
“I have used the old version, reference 3, which was good, but I was looking for something like Slate VSX. After seeing a comparison video between VSX and Reference I went to check that out again. I was eligible for an update price and so I bought it and was blown away. I have cheap headphones and had trouble judging my mixes. As soon as I activated the profile for that headphone it was already an enormous difference. Then I bought the virtual monitoring and activated that. Wow. There was the sound I had been looking for! This has saved me a lot of money and already made a huge improvement to my mixing! I realized I had been crippled by my monitoring for years This is a journey for me and I am so happy I came across that video to open my eyes. I will recommend this to anyone. Seriously, anyone.
