“Out of convenience, I tend to mix almost all of the tv spots my studio does on headphones, so Sonarworks is a must. I use Beyer DT770 80 Ohms and even my Sennheiser Momentum 3, both corrected beautifully by the latest SoudID Reference Pro Tools plug-in. “I love this software. I used the free trial to experiment and do a lot of listening. It was quickly apparent that without using the sound SoundID profile for my headphones, the frequencies were way out of balance. Besides using it to get a flatter response, I set up additional profiles with boosted frequencies to help me focus on certain instruments more closely.”
