“This product has been great for balancing out EQ issues in my headphones (have tried on Audio-Technica ATH-M50 and Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro). Would highly recommend!”
“I use the Latest SoundID Reference Measure headphone version. I've got to say it has changed everything for me. I wear hearing aids and this has changed my life. It gives me exactly what I'm supposed to hear.
I wear AKG K701 "over-the-whole-ear" Headphones. The transaction was easy peasy and download was without a glitch.
Hopefully, I will be able to get the speaker upgrade. I've since upgraded to the Mac Mini M1.
Thank you for this Sonarworks. It's a Godsend.”
“I love the reference profile, like the NS10's, and the cars, they are so much more useful than you would think, especially when mixing documentary podcasts filled with intricate sound design.”
“I was searching for a plugin that could make mixing and mastering on headphones that little bit better. I searched online and many advised the SoundID by Sonarworks. So I pulled the plug and bought the plugin and was not disappointed to this day. I use a Beyerdynamic DT 770 pro-250-ohm wich sounds great but has a nasty treble spike that with SoundID is easily takes away. And amazing plugin that will serve me well for years to come”
“Honestly a great tool. A bit odd at first as you're not used to hearing your mixes with such a flat response, but once your ears adjust it's a walk in the park.
Very helpful also to have other virtual environments such as cars, so you can double-check how your mix would translate elsewhere. For an amateur producer like myself, it does the job very well.”
“I find SoundID working good for evening out differences between my different listening environments. However it is important to be aware of that each device has some specific characteristics that can not be compensated for.”
“The experience is awesome, I really liked the sound after I turn on the software, but I have one recommendation, I don't know why but it I can't up the volume beyond the -8.5db inside SoundID Reference, and the same thing inside Ableton when I'm producing, is it on purpose?
I feel the volume isn't loud enough to listen the things more clearly, I don't push the limits of the volume, I always listen carefully, respecting the decibels, but I feel this thing stucked in -8.5db annoys me.
By the way, the software is incredible, great work team, I recommend 100% and always talk about it with my friends, they'll buy :)”
