Hey there, fellow audio enthusiasts! Nick here, and I've got something exciting to share with you. I've been using the Take Walk Sonar Reference ID Headphones Software, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. First off, the program is a breeze to use on my computer. It's intuitive, user-friendly, and doesn't require a degree in sound engineering to get started. But don't let its simplicity fool you; this software packs a punch when it comes to features. The most impressive aspect for me has been the relatively flat curve it provides. This feature has allowed me to listen to my music in a whole new way. It's like having a personal audio engineer tweaking the knobs for the perfect sound. And when it comes to mixing, this software is a dream come true. The precision it offers is unparalleled, making it a powerful tool for anyone involved in music production. But it's not just for professionals. Even if you're a casual listener, you'll appreciate the difference this software makes. It's like seeing in color for the first time. The depth, the clarity, the nuances - it's all there, and it's all crystal clear. Another aspect I've found incredibly useful is its potential for ear training. If you're an aspiring musician or audio engineer, this software can be a valuable tool. It helps you understand the subtleties of sound and how different elements interact with each other. It's like having a personal tutor guiding you through the complexities of sound. Now, I know what you're thinking - there must be some downsides, right? Well, honestly, I've been hard-pressed to find any. The software runs smoothly, the user interface is clean and intuitive, and the results are consistently impressive. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the only potential con could be the learning curve for absolute beginners. But with a bit of patience and practice, even this becomes a non-issue. In conclusion, the Take Walk Sonar Reference ID Headphones Software is a fantastic tool for anyone who loves music, whether you're a professional producer or a casual listener. It's easy to use, highly effective, and offers a level of detail that's hard to find elsewhere. Give it a try - your ears will thank you! Happy listening, Nick

I found myself in a position where I had to give up my permanent studio space and move to a mobile, headphone-only studio. I trialed Sound ID Reference for Headphones, applying the profile for my Bayer DT880 Pro's and the difference was night and day. The purchasing, download and setup process was seamless and I was up and running in minutes. I've just completed my first release on a 100% headphone mix and master, and it's probably one of my best when compared to contemporary releases. Once I have a room back, I will be upgrading to use the room correction for speakers for sure. I could not be happier.

Just try the free trial. Within the first hour of having Sonarworks SoundID Reference, I said out loud, I cannot live without this. It has dramatically taken the guesswork out of making music. I can actually hear what I'm doing.

I find that I don't really use it to flatten my headphones' eq curve, but rather use it for the "car test" among others when mixing. It's been super helpful in identifying problematic frequencies in my mixes and having so many listening environments in the plugin makes testing the mix very easy to do. Definitely recommend.

Very useful but slightly buggy when saving and loading custom presets. The addition of speaker+room IRs would’ve been a nice feature (like waves abbey road studio 3) this would’ve made the car and tv references a bit more meaningful. The custom preset maker was a bit difficult to use. Overall still an immensely useful product for reviewing mix/master translation
