“It's a really helpful Software and I like it very much.
Unfortunately with the new macOS version 14.0 it cannot process the sound with built-in speakers (the test is working (left right check) but no sound from other software is audible). I would expect it can do it, as it was possible in the last macOS version and it should be fine as only the calibration matters and should be disabled. Why is this important? As I set the audio source in my DAW to SoundId I was able to switch to headphones or speakers just per click in the Mac top menu. Now I must change it manually in the DAW, which is pretty inconvenient. It would be 5 stars if this would work.”
“Overall it has been great. You can really tell the difference when the headphones are calibrated and it has added more color to my mixes overall. The environment calibrations (car 1,2,3, TV, etc.) could have more options and be more accurate when it comes to external calibrations. Could be due to me learning the system and headphones, but adding a feature that shows where the headphones are reaching their limit (Too much bass, high frequencies, etc.) would be helpful and save time with mixing as well.”
“t's hard to imagine mixing on headphones without using this plug-in. I often mix on headphones and this plug-in is game changer for me. My mixes have instantly improved and I can mix with confidence on my headphones and it translates to other systems!
