Sound id is good, I set it so the sound is always "flat" irregardless of if the music is coming out of my daw or streaming.

I'm a user of Avid Media Composer. I find that the Sonarworks Reference ID (Bayerdynamic 770 - 250 Ohm) provides a consistent cross-reference to my calibrated Genelec (desk-based) monitoring system. This is essential when you need to travel AND edit at short notice. Thank you Sonarworks for a technically consistent and economical monitoring solution.

Although the software is more or less a very detailed EQ, it makes a noticeable difference in the sound I'm getting from my headphones. The usability could be a bit better if it was easier to switch between favorite settings.

As a starting producer in the music industry, with currently no isolated surrounded room, it is important for me to start mixing with a good performing and flat sounding studio headphone. The Sennheiser HD 560S is known to be a very flat sounding studio headphone, added up with the SoundID from Sonarworks it is a great way to start mixing with the perfect flat EQ settings without needing to buy yourself studio speakers. Just type in and search for your wired headphones and SoundID will do the rest. Works great! The only thing I am experiencing from time to time are some resolution distortions while using SoundID. It will look grainy and distorted while using SoundID.
