Not sure why it has taken me so long to get this software! I do a lot of mixing on headphones and have always been aware of a bass uplift with my Senheiser 300s. Sonarworks has given me the clarity I need to make considered mixing decisions that so far have translated well to various listening devices.

I am using Sonarworks for headphones with my Beyer DT770 Pro 250 ohm studio headphones. The emidate difference in audio was massive. As soon as I had the VST plugin setup I remixed two songs. I then took them with the original mixes and A/B them on several systems, cars, home system and JBL line-array. The Sonarworks files translated better to everything I played the tracks on. Very impressive.

The product does what it's supposed to, it's very useful to have the different types of sound translation and has definitely enabled mix decisions and problem solving that simply wasn't possible without it. The translation checks alone makes it worth its price. There's been some small technical glitches where I've had to remove and re-load the VST, and accidentally logging out on the system wide app for some reason deleted all my sources and headphone configs so I had to redo them. Seemed unnecessary, but the logging out part was my bad I guess.
