It made me so much more confident in my headphones that what is coming out is the truest sound. It was so cool to see the difference and definitly saved me money by not having to get a new pair of headphones.

Easy to use, and my mix sounds better – I guess that speaks for the product.

I purchased SoundID Reference for Headphones because I read that it’s somewhat of a standard for mixing with headphones. Since I produce at home and almost exclusively use headphones, I needed something reliable. Once I installed it and tested the profiles for my two AKG headphones, I immediately noticed that with the plugin enabled, both sounded identical. This gives me a lot of confidence in the accuracy of my mixes. I don’t rule out upgrading to the version for monitors one day, but I’m not sure if it would be worth it in a room that isn’t acoustically treated

SoundID Reference for Headphones has been a game-changer for my workflow. The calibration process was straightforward, and the difference in sound accuracy is immediately noticeable. My mixes now translate much better across different systems, giving me confidence in what I’m hearing. Before using SoundID Reference, I tried achieving the same results with various EQ plugins and online tips, but none delivered the same consistency. Each EQ plugin produced different results, even when using the exact same settings, which left me with the feeling that I was never truly hearing a real reference studio sound. The download process was smooth, and installation was hassle-free. The software itself is intuitive, with a clean interface that makes it easy to adjust settings as needed. Overall, it’s an essential tool for anyone serious about achieving a reliable reference sound in their headphones. Highly recommended!

Had been a user of a competing product for a couple of years and found it rather complicated. Sonarworks enabled a simpler and great sounding approach and that's why I like it better. I like it enough to have bought it (and switched to it from a competing product) in two days of demoing the product.
