“This works so much better than I thought it would. It's not perfect, but it's very good. I just finished a song with a ton of harmonies. I ended up using 7 different voices from the plugin. It came out VERY natural sounding - you'd never know it wasn't actually recorded singers.
It can take a little work to get there, and it can be a little glitchy at times (i.e. it will automatically transpose 2 full octaves???) but you just have to get used to checking, and manually turning that off each time - no biggie.
There are some other weird things that I ran into, that I'm pretty sure the average person would not, both using the voices and the instruments. I have a really boomy gravelly voice, and I think that throws it off. I was usually able to go back, prposefully sing quiter and smoother, and it all worked out. Like I said, it's not perfect, but it's the best I've used, and defintiely do not regret buying it. It will get a lot of use.”
“I had some issues registering the software and sometimes during the rendering process it did not render the voice. I was able to fix this by restarting the DAW or checking in the DAW that the VoiceAI plug-in was sampling the correct or same channel as the sample was in.
Other than that it seem to do as advertised.
It would be good if it rendered your voice live in real-time and you could have other controls over the voice to change it randomly but it does what it says it does.”
