“Pretty great product. Helps with drafting ideas for vocals. Very quick. If my DAW crashes (Ableton), I've had some trouble recovering the generated files, but luckily it's easy to reprocess. Installing perpetual was very confusing...had to google an answer and found it on their forum. The voices do a great job at protecting the energy and performance of the original. The "Auto" transpose function can be pretty off at times, but easy to change. Wish it didn't normalize the volume on processessing.”
“Voice id is easy to use. I use it to add background vocals to main voice or to replace my voice. What would be really cool is to be able to perform real time voice replacement or addition but it may maybe impact sound quality.”
“This is an ok tool if you want to replace a voice to see what another voice sounds like. Would I use it in a commercial production? No. Voices sound very artificial and it takes way too long to process for anything useful. I would find this tool valuable if it did MIDI to voice Like ACE studio or Dreamtonics Synthesizer V. The double tracking feature is very underwhelming. Triedd it with multiple voices ffor a voice stack, even with harmony and it sounded terrible. Overall, the only further use I see of this tool is as a testing ground vor different vocal tones, but nothing else.”
