“Not much to say about the product, except it does exactly what its designed to do. It fits well with our home gym, loks good and works. It also has a good finishing coat to protect the metal.
The main area I would like to highlight is the customer service. On delivery I noticed a small defect and difficulty fitting my dumbells. Upon contacting the helpline, they immediately identified the problem and set into motion a replacement that arrived shiftly, along with arranging the pickup of the orignal product.
These things occasionally can happen but it was the kind and understanding efficiency in resolving the issue that stoodout to me and made me want to share my experience.”
