“Very good service, I was suspicious with the low cost of Windows 8.1. However, the product is genuine and I had no problems installing Windows. I received the email from Software Geeks after the purchase to download Windows 8.1. I installed the version onto a blank memory stick of 8GB and then entered the boot menu when I restarted my laptop. Navigated to the memory stick and this started the installation process. Before Windows began to install, it asked me the product key. I entered the key that Software Geeks gave and the installation process was complete after an hour or so. Overall, very happy with the product and price.”
