“The purchase process was pretty smooth and I immediately got an email with links to download the software and instructions to install it ( which is the reason I bought the software from here), although the download took forever - and if you loose connection it gets even worse because it starts all over again.
Another issue I had was with activation. The product key came back as invalid while installing the software so I had to do it over the phone with Windows as mentioned in the instructions sheet.”
