“I was really impressed with the levels of customer service from both the office staff and delivery/assembly staff. There were some issues surrounding booking in a date for delivery and Nicky and Hannah in the office could not have been more helpful, keeping me updated. The delivery staff then called me directly to apologise for any issues and confirm delivery date. You don’t get good communication and customer service like that from many places anymore, so thank you! The products arrived and were assembled quickly and with no mess! I love the cot and changing table, very sturdy and look great. Highly recommend the company and products! Thanks, Chloe”
