“Came with missing parts then waited 2 weeks for said part to arrive. They said the first one was sent but when I contacted the courier the parcel wasn’t picked up so I contacted snuz again and they said it was sent out as priority I then got several tracking details for different couriers.. the product itself does what it should but after the service I received I wouldn’t give them the time of day !”

“The crib itself is lovely, and the colour is beautiful too, but I had a part turn up broken and after waiting ages for a reply I had to jump though so many hoops to prove that I wasn’t lying about it broke so they can see what they can do! I had better Customer service from ebay! That amount of money on a product, I should have just had to send a photo and my order number and got a replacement! Not doing to buy from them again!”

“I brought it as a present for my son and his fiancée who are expecting their first baby . They chose the Snuzpod and they absolutely loved it . Can’t wait now to see my granddaughter using it . I decided to upgrade to the bundle pack and it was well worth the extra I paid.”
