“Our SnuzPod3 arrived with 4 screws missing so it was impossible to make it..After waiting for 2 weeks the screws have arrived but 2 of them are different to the rest- dunno why. With this kind of luxury product (for it's price) we expected a bit of a better service. The cot itself looks all right, but I'm not convinced about the zip down wall that has a hard bit of plastic inside it. That's the part you're putting on your bed when you open it and therefore you'll have to lie on it, and when you'll want to bring the baby for a feed towards you, the baby will have to lie on it-not very comfortable I'd imagine. I thought the zip down wall can hang down or at least it's soft so it doesn't disturb when it's in your bed..It wasn't clearly shown on any of the photos. These are my observations for now, when the baby will come we'll know more:)”
