“Very nicely packaged. Alas not all the nuts and bolts were included. When I phoned customer service the phone was answered quickly by a very helpful lady rather than the usual recorded message blaming poor service on COVID 19 which I have been hearing a lot elsewhere. I was told they would be sent out right away and they were; just not the correct ones. Luckily I had the necessary missing bits from other flat pack misadventures. I have put together a lot of flat pack over the years but not all the holes on this lined up. Basically because the the sides don't nest into the base properly. I still managed to assemble but it took much longer than planned. Seems sturdy and has so far survived lots of jumping about.”
