“Beautiful cot but I don’t like that you can see the screws. It should come with covers for the screws.”

“We may have been unlucky or it’s the product but it’s taken two additional deliveries of the cot parts in order for us to assemble it correctly. The screw holes were misaligned, the wooden parts scuffed or damaged and on the first go we physically couldn’t assemble the bed due to parts not fitting. However, the customer service was brilliant and new parts were sent out immediately. Delivery was fast too. We do now have a finished bed which we love the look of and is now safe and secure but for the hassle it took to get it that way it wasn’t worth it. SnuzKot, please revisit your quality control.”

“Ended up being a nice bed, but lower quality that. It should be for the price (joints not quite aligning etc). Also faulty piece delivered and in fairness a new part sent very quickly but with no contact from customer services. Also the wood may be responsibly sourced but it comes with an acre of plastic packing. Provided it actually lasts 4+ years I would recommend.”

“Looks great and super easy to put together however the quality isn’t great. Received with chips on the corner of one of the sides and the gloss on the top of one of the sides is all lumpy. Will be emailing to let them know - delivery was quite the wait so will put up with the chips because I can’t wait any longer for a replacement.”

“We love the cot, it arrived quickly and was simple to put up and is both stylish and well built. We purchased the extension kit and love that this will last our child through to age 10. It’s a brilliant all rounder and our friends of commented on how lovely it is. I definitely recommend it to any expectant parents.”
