“Love our cot bed but had to call two separate times to order pieces that were missing. Both times customer service was great and we got our missing pieces within a week or so buy was frustrating as it took us a month to put the crib up due to all of the delays. We ordered a snuzpod 3 as well and that was fine and we love it.”

“8 of the pieces of the original cot order were damaged. I contacted Emma at customer services, sent images and was informed replacements would be sent, which they were. On assembly one corner panel doesn't line up with the other and resulting in a small gap which doesn't affect the safety etc but this cot bed whilst not at the top end of price is nevertheless not at the lowest either and no matter what the cost nothing should be dispatched which is damaged, my daughter was incredibly disappointed. I won't upload the images I sent to Snuz, there are too many. One other thing, which I did not realise, the size of this cot bed and mattress is not standard, only their bedding products will fit.”

“purchased a SnuzKok Skandi for my Grandchildren when they come to stay, I love it as it goes from babies all the way through to a single bed so no need to keep changing. Lots of room, very comfortable and stylish, my Granddaughter loves it too.”
