“Good mattress but is smaller than the original, few gaps around the edges of the crib. Original is tight to the frame and the replacement is quite loose.”

“The pod looks ok and will be helpful for storing small things, however it is massively overpriced. It is just a piece of fabric with a zipper and price cannot be justified. Also why can't it be added as standard in snuzpod orders? (without passing on the cost to the client of course! There's not much in terms of storage in the snuzpod itself). I haven't washed it yet to know if colour will fade but hope not.”

“The changing unit arrived unassembled without any assembly instructions + few parts were missing from the boxe + one part was damaged. I found the customer service really poor in finding the best solution to compensate all those inconveniences. Baby due in 2weeks and the changing unit is still unassembled!!!! Let’s hope that at least the quality is good...”

“Bought as a replacement mattress for snuz pod 2 . The original had damp spots on the underside despite following care instructions. Mattress feels good and fits snuz pod well but has not been used as baby has not yet arrived.”

“Pointless! It’s too small for the snuz kot mattress so don’t understand why you’d buy this. It’s far too narrow for the mattress so really uncomfortable and big ridges to sleep on either side and if your child doesn’t sleep in the middle you risk accidents anyway!”
