“Overpriced bed sheets, there are many options of ORGANIC 100% cotton in the market that are better for your baby. In addition, the return policy of Snuz is disappointing as they give you only 30 days return. Parents and relatives usually buy the necessary staff with a lot of time in advance, so it may happen that you don't use or need some of the items and you will not be able to return them. I have contacted them for an exceptional return outside of the 30 days return period, and they are not flexible. There are other companies that understand family needs, so, think about it before buy Snuz products.”

“The whole point of baby mattresses is to be completely flat, however when I put these sheets on, they are too tight and the corners of the mattress turn upwards. Continued issue no matter how much we try and get it to lay flat. The quality etc is nice, but for the same price as a king size mattress, I expect better on the health and safety front.”

“We have the Snuz pod 2 and the sheets are way too big and we have had to add extra elastic to them to make them fitted so it's safe for a newborn baby.”

“These sheets don't fit the snuzpod 3 mattress properly, to the point I had to check the packaging as thought I'd ordered the wrong ones. I understand that the fit needs to be snug, but we almost have to wrestle the sheets onto the mattress. They're not even the right shape, so once we've managed to get them over the mattress, the sides and corners are all curled up/down. The patterns are lovely and quality of fabric is nice but really disappointed with the fit - not what I expected from this brand.”

“The sheets I received do not fit the mattress at all and cause it to bend at the ends. I am so so disappointed as the mattress is not a standard size and I can't easliy buy sheets somewhere else. I have been told this was just a one off batch that were made too small but that they have sold out of all other sheets. I]have been offered a refund but this doesn't help me find sheets for the mattress.”
