“I bought this as a present for a friend’s kid and she absolutely loves it! From my point of view, the service I received from Snüz was fantastic. Incredibly responsive via email when I had question about whether the invoice could be removed as it was a gift (it couldn’t so there’s a chance for improvement there from Snüz) but then also contacted them about delivery when it seemed to just be stuck and the lady was amazing and made contact with Parcelforce, got it delivered, followed up with with me to check it was received etc. Really great service. Very happy. Have since ordered their Snuzpod and many accessories for my own baby.”
