“A shoddy product - but was sold as as a premium product at a top-of-the market price! The moulded insert has multiple imperfections. When brought to the attention of the 'Customer Experience Executive' with full details and including photographs, I was told, in essence 'suck it up, this is normal'. As a longstanding user of Snakehive products, the product's shortcomings were surprising and disappointing, but the attitude and appproach of the Customer Experience Executive was even worse. My overall 'Customer Experience' was extremely poor. Advice to others? Think carefully before buying.”

“Really pleased with this phone case. Absolute quality inside and outside. Looks great, feels quality in the hand. Great fit for my new phone. I have over the years had a couple of these cases. Never been disappointed.”

“Would not buy any other phone case. With regular everyday use they last a good 2/3 years, with irregular use and proper care probably a life time. You do need a screen protector if keeping cards in the wallet as over time they wear the phone screen.”

“Not as good as previous Snakehive covers I have had. This one the mount for the phone is really good but the leather part seems just a little too big and loose so there is quite a gap between the screen and the cover which will let allsorts in if in a bag or pocket. Cannot return as it is a personalised item so stuck with it !”
