“The screen protector fits well and comes with a useful installation kit and a spare screen. Despite increasing the sensitivity of my phone screen to allow for a screen protector, I had to reregister my fingerprints and, even so, have found subsequent reading unreliable. I am slowly managing to get more reliable readings, but it has taken a week of frustration to get here and is still not always successful.. I guess it is a good way to remember (or reregister) pin numbers and passwords, but is far from ideal if you are trying to pay at a till when there is a queue of people waiting!”

Please can you confirm if your phone has a setting that allows you to adjust the touchscreen sensitivity? If so, tweaking this setting should help improve the responsiveness of the fingerprint sensor. “The screen protector is lovely & clear, (after I eventually managed to attach it to my phone) as it didn't have anything to help support it going on, plus the screen cleaner wipe was totally dry + I can no longer use fingerprint to get into my phone; even after changing my sensitivity settings, so a little disappointed”

“Looked a decent product, well packaged and clear instructions. Sadly poor in operation. Fitted to my wife's Samsung Galaxy S22+ and although she can use the screen through the protector, she can't use her fingerprint to unlock or authorise payments etc. We have increased the screen sensitivity to maximum and I've laid the protector over another phone screen and it still doesn't work. Shame, but I'll be looking elsewhere for an alternative.”

“Excellent customer support. S22+ screen protector kit is very comprehensive and packaging is almost premium. Instructions are easy to follow. As with all screen projectors the hard bit is the positioning. I broke the edge of my first sheet when placing the mobile back in it's protective case. Laid the second with the case on. I had to relay the sheet due to the black edging line showing when the mobile was swithed on. Mobile is easier to clean and prepare when off however as with my experience it's better on when positioning the protective screen. Biometrics: my fingerprint were not read initially. I found that I had to apply slighly more pressure. No othet issues so far. Will order another twin pack as spares. Great product.”
