“I am delighted with my Snakehive mobile phone case. It is neat, smart and well made in green leather. I believe that it will protect my phone well. I like the fact that I can also carry 3 bank cards and screen wipe... As an improver, I would say please make it extra clear - at the outset - how to establish exactly which phone you have (eg. Under "Settings"), so that your client can give the right dimensions and get the correct case. I had to send mine back as I had made a mistake. Unfortunately, as I had had my phone personalised (with my initials), I was not able to get a refund so had to pay again (with a 10% discount). It was good that there was a helpful person at the end of the phone who seemed to care. Somehow, I managed to order the wrong case the second time, however. I was unaware of the vast array of different sizes of case so did not notice an extra letter in the name of my Samsung phone which changed everything! Still, I am very happy now with my purchase. I believe it is a quality product and I am happy with the service I received from Snakehive to rectify my various mistakes!”

“Okay purchase... A bit tight with credit cards.. snap does not stay fastened most of the time and I only have 4 credit cards. I was much happier with my previous snakehive cover.”

Your new Vintage Leather Wallet is hand-crafted from genuine nubuck leather, and like all good things, it will take a little bit of time and use for the leather to stretch. Please be assured that this is totally to be expected for a new leather product. The leather & magnetic clasp will begin to stretch & soften over a short amount of time and with regular use so that you can use the card & cash slots fully functionally and also close the case with ease. We would recommend placing a card into each card slot which will allow the leather to stretch & use the case as you normally would.
