“Good quality case, but there was one problem. Even though it's made for my samsung A12, the volume button was covered by a raised plastic bit. I couldn't adjust the volume unless I took the phone out of the case. Not wanting to return an otherwise good case, I got my stanley knife and cut the plastic that was blocking my volume button.”
