Hi there, Thank you for your recent purchase and taking the time to leave a review, and I'm very sorry to hear that you have had some trouble installing your new screen protector! I do appreciate that these can sometimes be fiddly to install! If you would be willing to give this another go, I would be happy to have a replacement sent out to you? We have a few tips for you to hopefully help with the installment: Make sure you are using a steady surface like a desk or a kitchen counter or a table. You could wipe down the area to make sure there's no fuzz around that will stick to the glass and produce bubbles. Once you have installed it press the middle of the screen with your finger until the tempered glass has adhered onto your screen completely. These tips are just suggestive as of course every phone model is different. Due to the fiddly nature of screen protectors, we're aware that some of our customers even take their tempered glass to a phone shop or similar, to help assist with successful installation.
