“Don't go for personalisation. The phone case was the wrong size and they wouldn't accept a refund. If I hadn't taken the offer of personalisation I could have sent it back. Unhappy customer! Poor.”

Hi there, We completely understand your frustration, however, we are unable to be held responsible for incorrect items ordered with personalisation. We have messaging on our website throughout the personalisation process requesting that you check that your phone model is correct prior to placing an order. Further to this, we request that customers check their automated order confirmation email so that we can make any necessary amendments if required, prior to personalising and dispatching an order. If your case was not personalised, please be assured that we'd be able to process an exchange/refund for you. However, as outlined in our Returns Policy and throughout our website, we are sadly unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalised products. “I wanted a leather case for my pixel 3. And i am very happy that Snakehive makes it exactly as i wished for. Leather gets better by usage and age, so i want it to change along the way. Ofcourse it needs to stay in one piece, and i expect it to do so. To me the case is of high quality and produced with this mindset. I am very happy with it!
