“Cover/ wallet for iPhone XR . It is great, beautiful leather, well finished. Feels so good to touch and has that warm soft leather appeal. Other covers have certainly failed so decided to go for this now. I am 100% satisfied.”

“Nice product and the colour is gorgeous- much nicer than the pictures suggest. Only a couple of minor niggles 1. I’d have liked the option of a case with a wrist strap ( I tend to hand my phone on a hook at work)-however I appreciate that not everyone wants a wrist strap 2. The magnet/clasp could be stronger-even with only 2 cards and nothing in the wallet but, my phone tend to ‘pop open’-maybe I’ve just been unlucky with this”

Hi Moira, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us your review! As a small business we really appreciate it! We went to see the manufacturing of our Vintage Leather Wallets at both our suppliers in January and one thing we talked about was this specific issue. We learnt that the leather clasp needs to be shaped to curve around to function properly; sometimes it takes longer than other times to do this satisfactorily. Especially when you're trying to work in your new case made from stiff leather! We recommend placing the case with the clasp facing down when not using, it or having the case facing up but putting something small over it to force it into position. She should see an improvement after just a few days as the leather is a natural material and will stretch and form the more you handle and use it. We hope this helps! Thank you! Dia Team Snakehive
